Where is it?
City, county and state, approximate acreage, and a public listing or parcel reference if available.
For landowners / Brokers / Representatives
Have land for sale that could support a data center campus? The Data Center Company purchases land directly from landowners and welcomes opportunities from owners, brokers, and other representatives.
You do not need to work through an affiliated company or preferred intermediary to bring us a site.
The first conversation
Our campus requirements are stringent, but you do not need every development question answered before starting a conversation. We welcome the opportunity to review your property and understand its potential.
Location, usable land, a credible power plan, infrastructure, approvals, and timing all matter. A promising parcel deserves a closer look; proximity to a transmission line alone does not establish available power.
Tell us what you know and where questions remain. Submission begins an evaluation—it does not establish suitability or constitute an offer.
Make the first look useful
City, county and state, approximate acreage, and a public listing or parcel reference if available.
Your relationship to the property, current use, zoning, access, and any existing utility discussions.
Any completed studies, outstanding approvals, and your preferred timing. Unknowns are useful to identify too.
A collaborative relationship
We maintain a collaborative working relationship with Next Generation Land Company, whose work includes land acquisition and development preparation. When a property needs additional work to become development-ready, we may recommend an introduction to their team to explore a path forward.
That introduction is an option—not a requirement. The companies operate independently, and working with Next Generation Land Company does not guarantee that a property will qualify for a data center or that The Data Center Company will purchase it.
